Hello Breathing

There are many elements of our existence that we take for granted; and breathing is one of them. Without breath we would stop existing and yet we go on with our days without acknowledging this free, incredible tool. 

I wanted to share a little with you, perhaps a curiosity becomes activated and your nervous system might find some space to rest. If you are still reading this; then I invite you to just where you are start gently becoming aware of your space. 

What happens if you stop for a moment and take a deep breath. Where does it go to? Here I kindly ask you to just be curious; no need to fix, change or do anything. Just observe. This isn’t schooling – this is your tool to come to yourself through curious inquiry of your own breathing.

Perhaps it’s shallow; perhaps its deep; perhaps you can’t even pick up on your breath – nothing to worry about that’s why we are here. To learn and come back every time close to “home” to our deepest selves.

Here is a way to reset your nervous system even if for just a moment; just to be with yourself. Feel free to reach out for guidance, exploration of yourself and a way forward in your life.
